Cancellation Policy
To ensure a quality experience, tours are offered by reservation only. Once you have booked your tour, we schedule guides and administrative staff to be available to make your San Juan Island Zip Tour adventure as amazing as possible. For this reason, we require a 7 day notice for cancellations and rescheduling of tours. If given enough notice, we will work with you to reschedule another date that is more appropriate. If you need to cancel entirely, we will provide a full refund with at least 7 days notice.
Please note that we are also not able to offer a refund for showing up late. The beginning of the tour contains important information that is required for all guests to hear and understand and our Zip Vans will need to leave on the hour. If your tour is scheduled for 1:00pm, please be sure to arrive at the pickup location at least 15 minutes ahead of time.
Weather Policy
Since we live in the Pacific Northwest, we do zip rain or shine. If you decide to cancel your tour due to rain, we will sadly not be able to offer you a refund if it is within 7 days of your tour.
However, if there is lightning or high winds, we will need to suspend and potentially cancel your tour for your safety. If your tour is cancelled due to weather, we will happily offer you a “rain check” for another date during that season. Although this is incredibly rare on the island, if there is a threat of lightning or high winds, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
